How will you work with us?
A method you can follow, and criteria you can check.
We would rather give you a way to judge our work than a list of claims about it.
Five steps
Listen
A first conversation about the problem, not the solution. We ask who uses it, what is failing and what success would look like.
Reframe
We write back a short summary: the question we think you are really asking, and which service, if any, fits.
Agree
Scope, responsibilities, timing and ownership written down before work begins. Changes are discussed, not slipped in.
Make in view
Work is shared in stages you can try yourself. You see unfinished work early, because that is when changes are cheap.
Hand over
Code, files, accounts and notes passed to you in a form another supplier could pick up.
Quality criteria
Hold us to these
Readable on a phone
Every screen we deliver works at a narrow mobile width without sideways scrolling.
Usable by keyboard
Interactive elements can be reached and operated without a mouse, with visible focus.
Plain language
Buttons and errors say what happens next. No jargon without explanation.
No silent failures
Forms and features report problems clearly rather than appearing to work when they did not.
Documented handover
You receive written notes on how to run, update and back up what we made.
Honest status
Progress reports say what is done, what is not, and what is at risk.
These are commitments about how we intend to work, not certifications or third-party audits.
