What can you actually do?

Four services. Each starts with a question you may already be asking.

Read the question on the left. If it sounds like yours, the right-hand side explains what the work involves. IT support has its own page.

Build

Mobile development

“Can our customers do this from their phone?”

We build mobile apps for iOS and Android, either native or cross-platform depending on what your users and budget need. Small, finished and reliable beats large and half-done.

What it usually involves

  • Agreeing the single most important user task
  • Choosing native or cross-platform, with the reasons written down
  • Building in short reviewed stages you can try on your own phone
  • Accessibility checks on real devices
  • Handover of source code, accounts and documentation

The question we ask first

What does someone need to do in the app that they cannot do comfortably today?

App, UI and UX design

“Why do people give up halfway through?”

Design here means how something works, not only how it looks. We map journeys, sketch flows, test wording and produce screens your developers, or ours, can build from.

What it usually involves

  • Walking through the current journey and noting where people stop
  • Wireframes before visual polish
  • Interface design with readable contrast and touch-friendly sizes
  • Plain-English microcopy for buttons, errors and empty states
  • Design files and notes organised for handover

The question we ask first

Where exactly do people stop, and what were they trying to do at that moment?

Website building

“Does our website explain what we do?”

Websites that load quickly, work on phones, and are structured so you can update them later. We favour simple, durable builds over heavy platforms where they are not needed.

What it usually involves

  • Content structure and page plan
  • Responsive, accessible build
  • Contact forms wired to your own mailbox
  • Basic search-engine housekeeping: titles, descriptions, sitemap
  • Instructions for hosting, backups and edits

The question we ask first

If a stranger landed on your homepage, what should they understand in ten seconds?

Release assistance

“How do we get it into the stores safely?”

Finished apps still need store listings, signed builds, privacy declarations and review preparation. We help you through Apple App Store and Google Play release steps and later updates.

What it usually involves

  • Developer account and access checklist
  • Store listing text, screenshots plan and privacy declarations
  • Build signing and versioning review
  • Responding to review feedback with you
  • An update routine you can repeat

The question we ask first

Who owns the store accounts, and can they log in today?

Not sure which one?

The route finder on the home page asks three questions and suggests where to begin.

Service questions

Can we combine services?

Yes, and often design and build go together. We still scope each part separately so you can see what you are paying for.

Do you work with our existing developers?

Yes. Design and release assistance in particular often sit alongside an in-house or external team.

Will we own what is made?

Ownership terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Our default intention is that you receive the source, design files and account access.
